Microbotulinum: Updates from the AITEB Congress!

Here it is… fresh from the botulinum congress in Bologna, an event that brought many new insights for us doctors and especially for you, the patients.

My presentation today focused on microbotulinum. Microbotulinum involves administering microdoses of botulinum toxin to the dermo-epidermal surface, improving not only wrinkles but also overall skin quality.

In conclusion, the key takeaway is to use botulinum toxin, yes, but only in expert hands. Don’t trust just anyone: botulinum is a toxin and must be used properly, not in excessive doses, but in the right action points.
